The Associate Director, Digital Strategy & Business Process Management, is an individual contributor role that leads the transformation of business processes within a designated functional or commercial area. This role involves partnering closely with senior leadership, sales and commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and enable scalable, digitally supported ways of working. The primary goal is to improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience by identifying process gaps, enabling automation, and strengthening execution across the commercial lifecycle. The Associate Director is responsible for assessing current-state practices, identifying inefficiencies, and leading the design and implementation of standardized, scalable processes supported by enterprise systems. Success in this role requires strong business and commercial acumen, experience working closely with sales or revenue-generating teams, and the ability to influence and lead change across multiple levels of the organization.
