Our work as a fundraising team makes Braille Institute's life-changing services accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world. Founded in 1919, Braille Institute of America (BIA) is one of the oldest and most comprehensive providers of free services for people who are visually impaired. Braille Institute of America has an annual operating budget of approximately $25 million and is funded almost entirely through private donations. Job Summary: Implementation of a mid-level donor program that works closely with annual, major, and planned giving programs to grow overall base of support. Conduct in-person solicitations of donors and prospects. Develop, implement, and track stewardship strategies that follow donor relations guidelines.
