Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Data Strategy and Management, Neuroscience within the Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation (CEDT) team, based in Titusville, NJ. Our Neuroscience team tackles the world’s toughest brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. This patient-focused team helps address some of the most complex diseases of our time, developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to assume the role of Associate Director, Data Management (NS). This individual will act as the primary data quarterback for the Neuroscience TA and will implement the data strategy and data operations for portfolio and future launches. The Associate Director will be the primary point of contact for leading and coordinating activities related to the consumption and transformation of data to support ongoing downstream applications such as incentive compensation, field reporting, analytics, and forecasting. This individual governs all business process rules and provides regular communications regarding status of data quality and impact of market events. They will collaborate with data vendors and agencies on data acquisition and contracting and ensuring value for data-related investments. Functioning as a subject matter authority, they will support ad hoc, data-centric business questions, and will partner with IT and other business partners to proactively resolve data issues and support large, complex data initiatives.
