The Data Strategy & Analytics Associate Director plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success by understanding our clients tech, analytics and data strategy, defining a learning agenda that directly ties to clients core business questions and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver against it. You and your team will work to find insights that will improve and/or explain campaign and business performance, leverage innovative measurement technologies to make data-driven decisions, and recommend and implement new solutions where there are gaps in client tech. You'll have opportunities to build knowledge and expertise in specific solutions across reporting and visualization, MarTech tools, and measurement and will act as a leader and mentor for the analysts and/or managers on your team as well as the department more broadly.
