The Opportunity: We are seeking an Associate Director, Data Product Owner - Analytics & Reporting to join our Data Solutions team reporting to the Director of Data Solutions as we prepare for commercialization. This role will serve as the product lead for analytics and BI engineering, shaping the reporting platform that delivers insights across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Corporate functions. You will define the product vision and roadmap for our analytics and reporting technology, ensuring stakeholders have access to trusted, actionable insights. This role will focus on scaling our BI infrastructure, enabling automated reporting, and embedding analytics into decision-making. As a core member of the Data Solutions team, you will partner with our Analytics and Insights partners, data engineers, BI developers, external partners, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience in product management, analytics platforms, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), combined with an understanding of pharma commercial and medical data sources.
