The Associate Director, Data Management & Reporting serves as a data specialist for the University Events team. This role involves creating, managing, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of mailing lists for all University Events and Experience initiatives and programs across campus. The position requires managing data for audience segments commonly invited to presidential and development events, coordinating correspondence, managing event registration collateral, and overseeing onsite event check-in and registration. The Associate Director will also manage event attendee data, assist with reports to identify trends in event attendance and giving history, and serve as an in-house expert on event technologies. Additionally, the role includes standardizing RSVP processes, performing systems analysis, and mentoring student workers.
