Information Sciences is seeking an Associate Director, Data Analyst to support the R D efforts related to the Insider Risk/Trade Secret (IR/TS) program through advanced data analysis and strategic collaboration.   • Principal responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities for the program
  • Contribute to asset identification
  • Lead the maintenance and lifecycle tracking of assets

  • Degree in a scientific, medical, data science, or mathematical discipline plus experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry: Bachelor's and 9+ years of experience Master's and 7+ years PhD and 3+ years
  • Required Experience with data loss prevention and protection strategies and tools
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal departments
  • Must be able to plan, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to consolidate and understand complex data sets
  • Experience using programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards in data handling and analysis
  • Demonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the research pipeline, disease and therapeutic areas, and industry trends
