  • Lead a cross-functional team made up of security, SOX PMO and Contractor personnel.
  • Drive the cross functional team to build a governance program to gather input from and communicate status to Sr. Leadership team members across IT and Finance.
  • Guide the team to establish a repeatable process to assess projects for potential SOX impacts, track completion of required deliverables during the life of those projects and communicate the launch readiness of those projects to the development community.
  • Ensure team members engage with inflight projects to efficiently assess the volume and risk of changes to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls.
  • Advise team members on the necessary deliverables which must be provided to external auditors pre and post launch.
  • Engage third party specialists to assist large, complex projects with high-risk control concerns.
  • Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields.
  • Requires 8-10 years of related experience.
  • Experience managing technical projects or teams required.
  • Strong understanding of risk & controls.
  • Past experience with AT&T IT infrastructure, applications and supporting teams.
  • Ability to distill complex topics to simple pictures and other project collateral.
  • Project Management skills to assist with crafting tooling roadmap.
  • Proven communication skills to assist with application training and onboarding to the tooling platform/processes.
