Reporting to Director of Customer Analytics, this role is a leader to support the strategy definition and decision making for the Customer Development organization in KC’s North American consumer business. The Associate Director of Customer Analytics will partner with leaders in some of the largest Customer teams to evaluate performance drivers, define acceleration strategies, and support the execution of customer specific plans. Additionally, the Associate Director will manage a team of 1 or 2 analysts and contribute to building analytics acumen across Customer Development teams. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
