Job Summary: The Associate Director of Non-Performing Credit and Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing and resolving a portfolio of Real Estate Owned assets managed for one of Trimont’s key clients. In this role, the Associate Director will leverage their advanced Excel proficiency to analyze commercial real estate financials and operating statements, work through complex valuation models, while managing a portfolio of real estate assets held in various U.S. markets. Candidates must have a strong foundation in case writing, an understanding of the fundamentals of multifamily property operations, developing strategic plans, annual operating budgets, negotiating skills and a passion for collaboration and problem-solving within the commercial real estate space.
