About The Position
Working in the Center for Health and Counseling Services, the Associate Director of Counseling Services reports to the Director of the Center for Health and Counseling Services and is responsible for the overall clinical management of the day-to-day operations of the unit, supervising the clinical staff and overseeing the graduate training program. The Associate Director provides psychological services to Ramapo College students including individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psycho-educational programming, and consultation with faculty, staff, and students. The Associate Director acts as the Director's designee regarding administration, clinical services, crisis response, and consultation when the Director is absent or when designated by the Director to do so.
