The Corporate Security Program at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to safeguarding personnel, information, and facilities. The Associate Director, Corporate Security - Investigations, plays a pivotal role in this initiative, leading critical corporate security investigations that encompass a wide range of issues including foreign intelligence, insider threats, intellectual property concerns, theft of trade secrets, fraud, workplace violence, and cyber-related matters. This position is essential for the growth of the investigative program, particularly as it expands internationally. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for conducting complex counterintelligence investigations that target Regeneron personnel and sensitive information. Collaboration with Information Security partners is crucial to enhance investigative and analytical capabilities in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats. The Associate Director will also handle internal and external fraud and theft investigations, as well as confidential data loss inquiries, recommending corrective actions to ensure effective risk mitigation. The position requires conducting thorough threat assessments of Regeneron facilities and operations, and working closely with HR, Compliance, and the Law Department to manage inquiries related to the code of conduct, internal investigations, workplace violence, and employee performance issues. Additionally, the Associate Director will provide expert consultation to executives regarding national security risks and will maintain awareness of business risks and trends through interactions with external partners. Building and maintaining relationships with law enforcement, internal stakeholders, vendors, and the intelligence community is a key aspect of this role.
