Our department is committed to upholding USC’s standards of academic freedom, research integrity, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. We pride ourselves on being trusted experts and collaborative partners in supporting the university’s research mission. In summary, the Associate Director operates as a senior strategic leader, operational authority, and primary problem-solver within the research administration environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial integrity, staff excellence, sponsor confidence, and faculty success across the full lifecycle of sponsored programs.
