The Associate Director of Content Operations will lead innovation efforts within the US Market, partnering with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive performance. This role focuses on implementing standardized processes and technology to improve efficiency and scalability in content optimization initiatives, while also managing change and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Assess, develop, and implement standardized processes, technology, and new ways of working to drive efficiency and scalability in support of Content Optimization initiatives.
  • Evolve the Modular Content capability and ways of working, including new and reimagined processes and technology.
  • Drive scaling and change management related work with prioritized brands/stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance strategy across the strategy continuum from conceptual design to execution.
  • Partner with key US Market stakeholders to advance solutions through an iterative planning process.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships among leadership, peers, and support teams.
  • Frame business cases, trade-off choices, and risks for US Market Leaders.
  • Leverage new ways of working to promote innovative design efforts, such as Agile.
  • Implement modern Change Management practices to ensure adoption.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5 years of professional work experience in project/program management, content development, campaign management, digital marketing, change management, or related functions within the life sciences industry.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to advance a common goal.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and application in all job-related functions.
  • Able to work at the North Wales, PA office at least 3 days per week (Hybrid).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Agile Certifications/Training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and effectively coordinate activities and resources.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across functions and at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the content development process, campaign management, and program management methodologies.
  • Brand Marketing or Promotions experience.
  • Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week.
