About The Position
Mediabrands Content Studio seeks a highly organized and experienced Associate Director to lead project management and program activation across all custom content programs for our USPS account. This is a pivotal cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Integrated Account Leads, Media, Audience Strategists, and Creative Experts to flawlessly execute custom content programs. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of federal brand marketing regulations and a passion for managing demanding, sensitive client needs. You will be at the heart of our custom content partnerships, translating big ideas into impactful campaigns through tactical plans. You are a solution-oriented self-starter, adept at managing multiple work streams with precision and attention to detail. You are passionate about fostering client relationships and managing demanding and sensitive business needs. You have experience managing content programs that include media touchpoints like linear TV, audio, custom video production, and talent/influencer. This role offers significant visibility and substantial professional development opportunities within a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment. You will report to the VP, Content Director of Activation and collaborate closely with internal agency teams (Creative, Production, Talent, Content Experience, Media Investment, and Planning).
