Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.
  • Stay abreast of trends related to workplace and change transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.
  • Support and execute Change Management initiatives, including refining and updating the Change Management Toolkit and templates.
  • Conduct and analyze post-occupancy evaluations and surveys for newly renovated spaces, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively observe and document findings on newly renovated spaces to inform future initiatives.
  • Review and revise Workplace Guidelines and Program to ensure alignment with current strategies and best practices.
