This Associate Director, Compliance, will assist the UnitedHealthOne (UHOne) team in all business areas including HealthMarkets, Golden Outlook, First Family Insurance and USHEALTH. In addition, this role will include providing compliance support for Individual and Family Plans (IFP). This individual will engage directly with UHOne and Sales Agency and Carrier leaders, lead the UHOne Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC), assist with internal monitoring, market conduct exam support, vendor oversight, and data governance controls. This individual will monitor changes to laws and regulations in spaces of accountability to ensure compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and mandates. They will be responsible for assisting in establishing and implementing standard policies, procedures, processes, and best practices to promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations across UHOne and in coordination with Optum for delegated functions as appropriate. The individual may conduct regulatory and statutory research, in coordination with multiple partners to mitigate risk and achieve compliance. This individual will also support the collection of data for regulatory and internal reporting to support compliance efforts and may develop compliance communications and assist in complex problem resolution for UHOne business.
