About The Position

As the Associate Director of Communications, you will develop and execute communication strategies tailored for Technology & Product employees within the CTO organization. This role involves supporting operational activities and crafting internal communications that resonate with a technical audience while maintaining the product voice. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the organizational culture, driving engagement within the Technology team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 10-12 years of related experience, ideally with a technical background.
  • Deep understanding of FactSet's business, product lines, position in the marketplace, and culture.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Disciplined planning and organizing ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to create executive level presentations and communications.
  • Ability to collaborate and work across teams and people at all levels of the organization.
  • Great at project management, driving projects to completion and operating under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal communications to the Technology population of FactSet, acting as the primary writer, editor, and publisher.
  • Craft CTO communications in a way that relates to both a Technology & Product audience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare the agendas and content for monthly Tech updates, Tech/Product townhalls, and CTO LT on-sites.
  • Manage a wide variety of projects from conception through execution.
  • Partner with Operations peers on long-term planning for the department and provide the strategy, vision, and future direction for communication efforts.
  • Synthesize information from across business units and regions to create clear and concise briefings and presentations for the CTO.
  • Deliver crisp and succinct communications, leveraging a deep knowledge and significant understanding of our organization, business, and culture.
  • Organize and coordinate executive speaking/panel opportunities for senior management and talent.
  • Work collaboratively with the CTO's Executive Assistant and Operations peers to set cadence for company meetings, leadership meetings, employee interactions, and other internally facing situations.
  • Set meeting agendas and ensure all participants are prepared.
  • Deliver precise meeting notes for key meetings where required and track meeting follow-ups, facilitating the removal of obstacles or mitigating risks that may inhibit delivery.
