About The Position

We are actively seeking an Associate Director to join the two-year Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP). This two-year program is designed to accelerate growth, unlock potential, and develop future leaders at our Company. In the two-year program, participants will embark on three, eight-month, rotations across the US Market. All rotations are based on business need and include experiences across key business units and enabling functions such as: US Oncology, US Vaccines, US PAH/Rare Disease, US Policy & Government, US Pharma, US Integrated Account Management, and US Commercial Excellence & Innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior full-time, relevant professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations, and successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical critical thinking skills.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Ability to take prompt action to accomplish work goals; being proactive.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Science in Marketing, MBA, or Masters in a Business-Related Discipline.
  • Experience in product launch preparedness or launch excellence.
  • Experience in Digital or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience leading direct or indirect reports.
  • Understanding of advanced commercial capabilities to elevate customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Gain experience across high-priority and business critical projects within Human Health US.
  • Leverage knowledge of company operations, financial performance, and industry trends to drive improvements at individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Challenge the status quo and take action to attain work objectives and deliverables while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate creativity and courage by addressing complex issues and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics and economics of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Navigate and adapt to changing responsibilities and collaborate effectively to ensure successful transitions.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to provide clear executional guidance to your teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Field Operations, Communications, Planning, Marketing, and Digital & Data teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across project work.
  • Apply your understanding of the market and customer insights to shape strategy.
