Phillips Academy seeks a full-time, continuing Associate Director of College Counseling to begin in August 2026. This is an unhoused 12-month, full-time administrative faculty position. Throughout the academic year, occasional evening and weekend work is required. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, dynamic, and thoughtful team player; have strong organizational, writing, and public speaking skills; and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We seek candidates who will be active participants in the community to join our experienced team of 13 counselors and four administrative support members.
