About The Position
The Associate Director, Collection Services at Rowan University Libraries leads the Collection Services Team at Campbell Library in delivering core library infrastructure functions in support of the full university: coordinating the collection budget, the timely review of contracts, and acquisitions logistics; leading the cross-libraries Collection Development Group; and supporting the creation, collection, and review of statistics to build actionable internal dashboards and required external reporting. The Associate Director supervises Campbell's team of acquisition and assessment specialists, ensuring cross-team training and backup for essential libraries functions. The position reports to the Director, Campbell Library and is a key member of the Campbell Leadership Team.
