About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, client-facing professional to drive account growth, build executive relationships, and lead value-driven transformation initiatives across key client accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account farming, client relationship management, consulting, or business development.
  • Strong track record managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of P&L ownership, financial management, and commercial accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation trends, including AI/GenAI, cloud, data, and automation.
  • Experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and optimization.
  • Skilled in account planning, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
  • Comfortable with regular onsite client engagement (2–3 times per week).
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy with technology execution.

Responsibilities

  • Account Growth & Farming Own and grow strategic client accounts within an assigned portfolio.
  • Identify, shape, and convert new revenue opportunities within existing customer relationships.
  • Drive sustained account expansion through proactive, value-led engagement.
  • CXO Engagement & Trusted Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to CXO and senior leadership.
  • Lead strategic conversations linking business outcomes with technology investments.
  • Elevate discussions beyond delivery to long-term transformation, operating model improvement, and value realization.
  • Value Creation & Transformation Drive conversations around productivity improvement, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business agility.
  • Position digital, cloud, data, and AI/GenAI solutions as enablers of measurable business outcomes.
  • Customer Intimacy Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Align with client transformation roadmaps and proactively propose relevant solutions.
  • Opportunity Shaping & Deal Leadership Collaborate with delivery, solution, and practice teams to shape opportunities and build compelling proposals.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, proposed outcomes, and execution feasibility.
  • AI & Innovation Advocacy Articulate the value of AI and GenAI in transforming business processes and decision-making.
  • Translate emerging technologies into practical, business-relevant use cases.
  • Client Presence Maintain consistent onsite presence (2–3 times per week) to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaboration & Internal Leadership Partner with internal sales, practice, and delivery teams to ensure account success and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the single-threaded owner for client growth and relationship management.
