The Associate Director will design and implement a curriculum of career and professional development programs and assessment tools to guide School of Law students in creating personal career plans, employment search strategies, and developing the skills to successfully execute summer and post-graduate employment searches and conduct life-long career management. The Associate Director will also develop and execute, in collaboration with the Associate Dean, a communications strategy to increase student engagement with career resources and understanding of the timelines for using them effectively. Analysis of information about hiring practices and trends across employer types will also be conducted and incorporated into Career Development Office (CDO) programs, initiatives and student informational materials.
