Accountabilities: In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of budget forecasting and project prioritization. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating meetings with stakeholders globally to gather capital funding requests, validate content, develop prioritization recommendations, and present proposals at senior leadership reviews for an efficient annual budget cycle. - Leading data management to support capital budget prioritization analysis and scenario planning. - Managing capital budget approval alignment with Global Engineering project portfolios. - Overseeing client use of the capital demand planning database, including training development, tool enhancements, and user requirements. - Cultivating key finance relationships and providing guidance to deliver capital forecasts for decision-making in the Global Engineering and Operations capital portfolio. - Facilitating the capital funding review process for major projects in Operations and R&D. - Interpreting capital guidelines related to requests through the funding review process. - Identifying change initiatives and constructing implementation plans for performance improvement, risk reduction, and enhanced governance. The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $127,553.60 to $191,330.40 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
