Join our Cancer Services team at Banner - University Medical Center Tucson as a Radiation Therapist Associate Director This key role will utilize the latest in Radiation Oncology technology to provide a wide range of treatments for Prostate, Breast, Head and Neck, Lung, SRS, SBRT, T&O, TBI's, Anesthesia and Pediatrics. We treat on 4 Varian Linear Accelerators, we have 2 CT machines and also high dose radiation (HDR). We use Cerner and Mosiac (Radiation EMR). This is an amazing place to learn and grow your skills. Location: Banner University of Arizona Cancer Center 3838 N Campbell Ave Tucson, AZ Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30-5:00pm, minimal weekend coverage and usually no holidays (unless an emergent type event). POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the overall leadership of employed physicians’ practices, operations and staff within a specific service line. Leadership responsibilities include oversight of business operations, strategic planning and development, and facilitating a positive image of the practices within the business community. This position serves as a resource for the organization’s employed physician practices to address clinic practice and facility issues.
