About The Position

As an Associate Director of Campaign Process & Planning (Contractor), you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape and scale a brand-new team responsible for delivering operational excellence across Blizzard’s highest priority marketing campaigns. You’ll help define scalable workflows and surface quick wins that elevate Blizzard to execute bold, global campaigns with speed, clarity, and confidence, setting us up for long-term success across franchises, while driving continuous improvement at every step. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role, helping us architect the how of campaign delivery. You’ll map the end-to-end campaign process, define clear roles and responsibilities, implement leadership reporting structures, and help codify Blizzard’s campaign rhythm of business. This role is all about bringing structure and consistency to our work - ensuring every campaign kicks off with clarity, tracks to meaningful metrics, and lands with confidence. Important context: CMOps launched in July, so we’re still in discovery mode - actively building our ways of working from the ground up. We need senior-level operational support to plug immediate gaps while we stand up the foundations for the future. This role is critical to ensuring momentum and structure during a pivotal ramp-up period.

  • Ability to quickly understand cross-functional needs and drive clarity through well-crafted operational frameworks
  • Comfortable working independently, while syncing closely with the team
