How will you make history here... This position will be responsible for business quality demands supporting category level strategy and innovation. Key business partners will be supply chain category leads, R&D, and Brand and Marketing teams. The role will support category commercialization processes (gating through launch), enabler ideation and process management, technical leadership on business quality focused Quality systems, programs, and procedures, as well as owners of product quality characteristics and standards. The role will also be responsible for category level consumer trends and insights, consumer complaints, sales / customer / consumer inquiries. Who will you partner with 1) Partner with R&D, Marketing, SC, and Field Quality on new product commercialization, quality improvement projects, and enabler programs. 2) Technical lead for the analysis of category level consumer trends and data, consumer complaints, sales inquiries, product evaluations and competitive benchmarking. 3) Maintain quality commercialization, innovation, enabler, and charter programs and assign resources as appropriate. 4) Provide insight and support in the development, implementation, and on-going tracking of key quality KPIs. 5) Provide direction and support to business quality team.
