The Systems, Support & Training Group at Penguin Random House seeks an Associate Director, Business Process and Support to join the Team. The team’s goal is to address the diverse business needs of Penguin Random House’s divisions and imprints, providing solutions that allow us to meet the challenges and opportunities that we face in an ever-evolving market. In this role, you will manage a small team to develop and support PRH systems and processes, with a primary focus on sales operations and reporting. Collaboration is at the core of the team’s work. You will work across departments to enhance systems and applications, improve workflows, advise on business processes and best practices, and support and train users.
