This role is pivotal in driving the market strategy and centralized bid support for GMS, ensuring that KPMG member firms can efficiently and effectively engage with clients and prospects. The Associate Director will act as an ambassador for the GMS market strategy, communicating the value it brings to member firms, which includes efficiency gains, cost reductions in market engagement, and access to high-quality materials and expertise. This position is integral to promoting a high-class sales culture and entrepreneurial mindset across KPMG's global network. The Associate Director will manage centralized live RFP support, which encompasses both written and oral presentations, opportunity-specific pursuit planning, and the ownership of standard RFP materials. This role also involves contracting support and governance of RFP debriefs. Collaboration with KPMG member firms worldwide is essential for account and opportunity planning, positioning KPMG to succeed in the market. The Associate Director will execute key global pursuits, providing market expertise and guidance to Opportunity Leads, ensuring the best chance of success through the application of KPMG's professional markets approach and best practices. Additionally, the Associate Director will play a crucial role in creating and operating a new agile centralized global GMS Market Centre of Excellence (COE), which will consist of a virtual team of subject matter experts and market specialists from various member firms. Familiarity with market development transformation objectives is necessary, as is the ability to provide input based on experience. The Associate Director will also become proficient in using the GMS Clients & Markets Tool, understanding the data collection process, and expanding knowledge on GMS fee library structures and execution of fee principles, all while delivering high-growth service offerings.
