The Associate Director of Brand Insights role for the ecosystem is a position designed to support the customer & market information/insights needs of the assigned Brand Teams. The Insights & Analytics team is a customer-centric function that strives to keep patients and caregivers at the center of insights generation and strategic focus for Otsuka. This role supports the commercial insights needs for inline brands and early development assets, leading primary market research and competitive intelligence for Otsuka. The Associate Director will be responsible for the design, execution, and management of multiple market research engagements, working independently and effectively within a complex matrix environment that includes marketing, sales, sales operations, and senior leadership. The position requires a proactive approach to building internal relationships and understanding the Otsuka culture, while also representing the Insights & Analytics team in various business meetings. The Associate Director will lead strategic insights workshops, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the annual forecasting cycle, ensuring that high-quality, actionable business insights are delivered to support pipeline, prelaunch, and inline products.
