Lindus Health is on a mission to revolutionize clinical trials, making them faster and more reliable. The company aims to transform the outdated infrastructure of clinical trials, which currently drives up costs and delays the delivery of new treatments to patients. Since March 2021, Lindus Health has powered over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients and has recently raised $55M in Series B funding. Requirements

  • High agency and a bias for action.
  • Passionate and curious about changing the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing highly scientific brands and content.
  • Based on the east coast US or London, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of brand strategy in line with business objectives and key markets.
  • Define Lindus Health brand identity and positioning, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Enforce brand guidelines, positioning, messaging, and best practices across the company.
  • Collaborate with growth and digital marketing on brand campaign development and rollout.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure brand initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Own the content plan creation for the calendar across Lindus Health.
  • Develop and oversee drafts of engaging and informative content.
  • Work with PR firm on content that aligns with the brand strategy.
  • Manage the annual calendar of events and conferences attended by Lindus Health.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are clear, communicated, and adhered to across the business.
