Agios Pharmaceuticals is searching for a dynamic Associate Director, Agios Clinical Educator, Sickle Cell Disease (East Zone) to join our growing team of Agios Clinical Educators. We want someone who cares about this important work and who’s driven to connect to our mission of helping these patient communities. The Regional Agios Clinical Educator Manager is a unique leadership opportunity, providing day to day oversight of 5-7 Agios Clinical Educators (ACEs) who interact directly with patients and healthcare professionals. This individual will oversee all day-to-day activities. The manager for the ACEs will create a supportive environment focused on meeting key performance indicators. They will also foster a culture that promotes coaching and development of the team, as well as handle recruiting, interviewing and hiring for open territories.
