Phillips Academy is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Advancement Services to lead the day-to-day operations of Advancement Services in support of engagement, fundraising, and stewardship efforts across the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This position supervises 1 direct report (Advancement Services Coordinator) and partners closely with cross-campus departments to oversee system integrations, data governance, and the accuracy and integrity of constituent information. The Associate Director also plays a key role in evaluating and implementing new technologies and contributes to the development of policies and procedures that support OAR’s operational goals. This position reports to the Director of Advancement Services and is hybrid, with up to 2 remote days per week once training is complete.
