As part of an exciting upcoming launch in generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), this role will play a critical role in shaping analytics, insights, and decision-making during a pivotal moment for the organization In this role, a typical day might include: The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics for Oncology (Skin) within the Commercial Strategy, Insights & Analytics (CSI&A) department. This role is part of a high‑performing team responsible for driving end‑to‑end analytics, insights, and performance measurement to inform strategic and tactical decisions for the Oncology Business Unit. The individual will bring rigorous analytical expertise, proven business partnership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that shape commercial strategy, forecasting, performance evaluation, opportunity identification, and brand execution. The individual must have a strong command of advanced analytics, an understanding of key data assets, and the ability to design and implement analytical solutions that drive business impact across marketing, field execution, and customer engagement.
