As part of an exciting upcoming launch in generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), this role will play a critical role in shaping analytics, insights, and decision-making during a pivotal moment for the organization In this role, a typical day might include: The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics will report into the Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics for Neurology within the Commercial Strategy, Insights & Analytics (CSI&A) department. This role is part of a high‑performing team responsible for driving end‑to-end analytics, insights, and performance measurement to inform strategic and tactical decisions for the Neurology Business Unit. The individual will bring rigorous analytical expertise, proven business partnership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that shape commercial strategy, forecasting, performance evaluation, opportunity identification, and brand execution. The individual must have a strong command of advanced analytics, an understanding of key data assets, and the ability to design and implement analytical solutions that drive business impact across marketing, field execution, and customer engagement. This role might be for you if you can / have: Lead 1) Lead the development and implementation of the Neurology BU analytics plan, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and business needs. 2) Lead performance reporting and analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, and business readouts tied to strategic objectives and definitions of success. 3) Lead advanced analytics initiatives such as opportunity assessments, predictive modeling, patient finder, next‑best‑action approaches, segmentation, and targeting. Develop 4) Develop data‑driven insights and analytic approaches that effectively frame and address priority business questions. 5) Develop robust sub‑national analytics, championing the integration of local market insights into execution and resource optimization. 6) Develop integrated insights by synthesizing primary and secondary research, market dynamics, competitive trends, and performance analytics. 7) Proactively identify opportunities through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics to influence brand strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives. Partnership and collaboration 8) Partner with key Neurology BU stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Access, Finance, Operations, CSI&A, Data Strategy, Incentives & Alignment) to translate insights into action and influence strategic decisions. 9) Partner with Data Strategy Management to ensure the right datasets are sourced, governed, and leveraged appropriately. 10) Manage external vendors and analytics partners to ensure analytical deliverables are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business goals. 11) Collaborate with Market Research teammates to integrate qualitative and quantitative learning into a cohesive narrative. 12) Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across all analytical workstreams. Execute 13) Execute sub‑national, HCP, patient, and market opportunity analyses to inform targeting, resource allocation, and field execution strategies. 14) Execute ongoing reporting and business review deliverables, including Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning. 15) Execute rigorous analyses using advanced statistical, coding, and BI tools, including SQL, Python/PySpark, R, SAS, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent. 16) Measure and track performance against success metrics and business expectations; develop insights that guide course correction. 17) Create compelling presentations and data stories that communicate complex analytical outputs in a clear, concise, and business‑oriented way. 18) Recommend evidence‑based business‑building ideas supported by analytics and integrated insights.
