About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of EMBA global electives and alumni auditing for domestic and international partner campuses.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of elective portfolio to identify areas of improvement.
  • Design, implement, and adjust the elective portfolio for program optimization considering various factors.
  • Manage global elective seat allocation system and ensure a fair and timely course registration process.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to program managers leading electives.
  • Oversee international health, safety and security initiatives for EMBA staff and students.
  • Partner with the Managing Director and various Kellogg department chairs to assign faculty to overseas class assignments.
  • Manage registration systems, communication channels, timelines, staff training, and student communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners to ensure successful implementation of the EMBA program.
  • Manage financial arrangements with Global Network Partners.
