Manages faculty affairs including recruitment, onboarding, promotion, offboarding, credentialing and enrollment for faculty. Handles credentialing and enrollment for Advanced Practice Providers who work in trauma and ensures policy compliance. Supports administrative functions in the HR processing of faculty using the UMB system for new enrollments, changes in pay, title, FTE, C1 renewals, terminations. Serves as a knowledgeable resource to current faculty on resources, HR policies and procedures. Oversees and manages administrative support staff under direction of Associate Administrator, including hiring, training, performance evaluations and professional development opportunities. Monitors and analyzes data related to administrative support staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversees implementation and administration of policies and procedures. Assures quality control and makes recommendations for improvement of work methods and technology to increase productivity. Identifies and implements efficiency improvements by analyzing, streamlining and automating administrative processes.
