About The Position

Are you someone who loves translating the big picture into content that actually connects? This Associate, Digital Strategy role is for a sharp, nimble marketer who thrives with lots of moving parts, brings real enthusiasm for digital and social channels, and knows how to get things done in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be a key contributor across multiple campaigns, developing content, building out reporting, and helping clients reach their audiences in ways that resonate.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, PR client service, or political efforts.
  • Hands-on experience and genuine interest in digital communications and online advertising.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital advertising, branded content, or social media.
  • Familiarity with paid media and social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, BlueSky, and more.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about using AI tools (like Gemini) to work smarter and faster.
  • Excels in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills — you work well with a team and can also self-direct when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency or political communications background.
  • Experience with paid media buying or planning tools.
  • Comfort with data visualization and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client engagements and regularly interface with clients on day-to-day needs.
  • Manage focused client workstreams based on team needs and individual strengths.
  • Contribute to workplans, agendas, and strategic recommendations; develop presentations and memos.
  • Develop copy for search, social, and display ads; organic content; blog posts; websites; and other digital marketing and communications materials.
  • Draft content calendars and develop content aligned to campaign strategy and client voice.
  • Create regular, actionable campaign reporting for clients with clear takeaways and recommendations.
  • Put together analysis for organic, earned, and paid content.
  • Work across teams on larger client deliverables, project managing the process from brief to final product.
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media planning and buying, and research and insights specialists.
