About The Position

As a Digital Sales Associate at ADP, you will be responsible for selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. This role involves using the latest digital technology to serve as a consultative business partner to various decision-makers in organizations, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. You will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales goals while enjoying a flexible work schedule and uncapped commission.

Requirements

  • Quick learner of new tools and technology.
  • Positive self-starter with proactive outreach skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and present ideas clearly.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience is acceptable as an alternative to a college degree.

  • Prior quota-carrying experience.

  • Experience with video platforms.
