The Enterprise Comm’s & Mar-Tech Experiences (ECMX) team is a Marketing Centre of Excellence formed to support business units across the enterprise and sits within the Membership Portfolio Services Group (MPS). This role will support the ECMX organization and is responsible for growing the American Express brand in more than 150 countries around the world. This team will play a critical role in creating best in class experience for segmentation, targeting, eligibility of marketing offers across multiple channels using Adobe Products such as AEP, AJO, CJA etc. In this role you will own the product roadmap and strategic vision. You will partner with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and the Business to inform and drive forward the product roadmap.
