The GMNS Capability Delivery team within GMNS Product is responsible for modernizing and delivering core capabilities to ensure we can meet the unique needs of our Merchants, Acquirers, Proprietary Issuers and Bank Partners, and enable a wider variety of payments across the American Express Payment Network. About the role: The Associate, Digital Portfolio Management role is part of the GMNS Capability Delivery Program Management Office (PMO). This team drives program governance across GMNS’ portfolio of Enterprise Critical Multi-year Initiatives, Enterprise Top Programs, and Strategic Technology Priorities. The Associate, Digital Portfolio Management, will be responsible for tracking program-wide action-items, issues, and risks as well as coordinating across workstreams to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and create comprehensive program-level status reporting.
