About The Position

Partnership: Provides support and works closely Senior Designers, Designers and cross-functional partners. Collaborate closely with development teams to build product with innovative materials and consumer function in mind. Lead: Support in the design process with thumbnailing, sketching, tech-pack building. Be able to quickly update sketches with hand of VB product. Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence. Create: Create spec sheets and tech packs for manufacturing teams. Maintain: Maintain knowledge of current and future trends through strong market research skills, and cultural media awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred
• 2+ years design experience in footwear, fashion, or related industry
• Strong sketching skills on Procreate.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate.
• Tech Pack creation and prototype correction experience
• Logistics and coordination of sample and swatch management.

• Preferred specialization in contemporary fashion and dress footwear design.
