The Role We’re looking for an experienced Associate Designer to lead and deliver high-quality workplace interiors from concept through completion. You’ll bring a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring spaces to life.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years in interior design, architecture, or related field (workplace experience preferred)
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
  • Advanced Revit skills and strong technical detailing
  • Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and design trends
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
  • Experience with FF&E and interior detailing
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion
  • Build strong client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Mentor junior designers and support team development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, AV, lighting, etc.)
  • Produce and review drawings, documentation, and construction details
  • Support site activities, RFIs, and construction administration
  • Contribute fresh ideas and uphold high design standards
  • Champion inclusive, thoughtful design solutions
