About The Position

Associate Designer, Fashion – Women's Elevated Brands Onsite: 45 W 25th St, New York, NY Are you passionate about fashion and ready to help shape the next generation of Women's elevated style? Join Walmart as an Associate Designer and play a key role in developing trend-forward, market-relevant apparel for our Young Adult private label brands. What You’ll Do: Support the design and development of seasonal Young Adult apparel collections, from concept through to final product. Conduct trend research, analyze market inspiration, and help create digital mood boards and concept presentations. Assist in sketching, fabric sourcing, sample preparation, and fittings to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. Collaborate closely with the design team and cross-functional partners in merchandising, production, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with brand vision and customer expectations. Prepare presentation materials and contribute to line reviews and milestone meetings. Maintain organized design files, samples, and documentation throughout the development process. Requirements
