About The Position

Crocs is looking for an Associate Designer, Accessories & Personalization to join us in executing the vision for our future; to inspire, ideate and create. In this role, you will be part of a team working on the creation of consumer centric, disruptive, innovative product that engages consumers. You'll be icon obsessed and share our passion for molded innovation. This role will report to the Director, Design Personalization & Accessories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel or related field.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant design experience.
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally as the business requires.
  • Passion for street culture, fashion, music, and what drives and fuels various subcultures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand.
  • Bring fresh, disruptive design thinking to our Jibbitz line.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Drive concept designs under the direction of our Design Leadership, and collab partners.
  • Manage designs through brand-right concept inspiration, color up, form, detail, materials, technical drawings, and cost; ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Understand key competitors and how that plays into who we are as a brand and how we drive energy.
  • Work with the inline team to seed and scale bold ideas that will drive the business.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within the cross functional team to drive the vision for the Jibbitz line.
  • Drive new ways of thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems.
  • Consistently educate yourself in the latest design tools, 3D and innovations.
  • Be a collaborative, inspiring, and take initiative on design projects.
