About The Position

We are seeking an Associate General Dentist who prioritizes patient care and is committed to growing clinically. This role can be full-time or part-time, with flexibility in hours and schedule structure to create optimal opportunities.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
  • Active & clear Florida state dental license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification; professional liability coverage (or eligibility).
  • Strong chairside manner with proven empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
  • Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and ages.
  • Experience with digital dentistry systems preferred; we will train on our platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced procedure experience, such as Orthodontics, Implantology, and Cosmetics and welcomed but not required.
  • Molar endodontics experience
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, simple extractions, endodontics (anterior/premolar; molar preferred but not required), and emergency care. Advanced procedure experience, such as Orthodontics, Implantology, and Cosmetics and welcomed but not required.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and staff viable treatment plans in an ethical, understandable, and patient-centered manner.
  • Maintain high standards for clinical quality, documentation, infection control, and compliance (OSHA, HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office team to deliver a smooth, efficient patient experience.
  • Utilize digital tools (charting, radiography, intraoral cameras/scanners) to support accurate diagnosis and patient education.
  • Participate in quality assurance, case reviews, and ongoing CE; be open to mentorship and skill expansion (e.g., surgical extractions, aligners, implants, molar endo) as desired.
  • Support a culture of kindness, accountability, and teamwork.
