Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Minimum 3-5 years working clinical experience.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with hygienists ,assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
Leverage digital tools such as digital x-ray and laser to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
