Requirements

• Candidates should have a minimum of five years of clinical experience with a proven track record in restorative and surgical care.
• The ability to hold your own and maintain full control of clinical operations and team flow when the owner is not in the practice.
• Proficiency in crown and bridge work, extractions, and complex restorative cases.
• A proactive drive to regularly seek out and complete continuing education to stay at the forefront of preventive and restorative techniques.
• A commitment to maintain the highest level of integrity in clinical judgment, patient communication, and ethical care.
• Active Florida Dental License in good standing.
