About The Position
As an Associate Dentist at our client's modern dental practice located in Saint Clair Shores, MI, you will be part of a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide top-tier dental care. The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including the Vatech CBCT Green X, which allows for high-quality digital x-ray imaging. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150K with bonus potential, continuing education stipends, and malpractice insurance. You will be expected to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every other Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The practice values a commitment to high-quality patient care and building strong patient relationships, ensuring that you will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will hold a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry. A current Michigan Dental License and DEA License are required, along with CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications. While previous experience in clinical or private practice is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on patient satisfaction are essential, as is a commitment to staying updated on dental medicine trends. The practice also offers health insurance, with 50% of costs covered by the employer, and dental insurance after three months of employment, which includes complimentary exams, x-rays, cleanings, and fillings performed by the practice.
