About The Position
The Zurich North America Apprentice Program is designed for individuals seeking their first-time higher education while gaining practical experience in the insurance industry. This two-year program combines coursework at Borough of Manhattan Community College with hands-on work in the New York City office, specifically supporting the National Account Underwriting Services Team. Apprentices will engage in various underwriting processes, policy rating, and customer service, ultimately earning a tuition-free Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance.
